Hello 👋, I'm Yeojin Kim

I'm a Ph.D. student in Bioinformatics at Georgia Tech, specializing in spatial transcriptomics, interpretable deep learning, and computational biology.

My research focuses on building AI-driven tools to analyze high-dimensional biological data—especially in genomics and transcriptomics. I'm passionate about connecting computational methods with real biological insight to push forward disease research and biomarker discovery.
